Android Developer (University Scholarship Placement)
Lincoln Security designs, installs and maintains security and fire systems for homes, businesses and critical sites, and owns eLOQ, a digital key system that replaces mechanical commercial locks with auditable electronic access control.
The work was Android at the ROM level, on a custom build talking directly to the embedded lock hardware.
I came in through a competitive university scholarship placement and built and maintained the custom Android ROM for the eLOQ hardware, working at a low level on the interface between the software and the embedded systems.
