IT Support Assistant (Part-Time)
The University of Lincoln's IT services team supports students and staff across the campus.
My main piece of work was a campus-wide IT audit built from scratch: I co-led it, scoping the approach, planning the work and coordinating the team that carried it out. Alongside that I covered first-line support for students and staff, and did some internal web design for the department.
