The spreadsheet it replaces

Organising a gift exchange usually means a spreadsheet, a round of chasing, and somebody who cannot take part because they are the one doing the drawing. The whole point here is to remove all three.

You set a name, a budget and a date — a theme is suggested from the date — and choose whether you are taking part or just running it. People join by email, a shareable link, or a QR code you can put on screen in a meeting, and set their own preferences without needing a password.

Drawing and the day itself

Matching is one button, with the constraints you would expect handled properly: nobody draws themselves, no mutual pairs, and everyone gives and receives exactly once. You choose whether to announce immediately or hold the results back to review, re-roll and reveal at the party.

After the draw it stays useful rather than going quiet. Everyone can see their person's wishlist, interests and allergies, message them anonymously — and their own secret gifter — without either side being revealed, mark a gift as bought to stop the chasing, and get automatic nudges before the day.

It re-skins for Christmas, Lunar New Year and Valentine's, or stays neutral for exchanges that are not seasonal. An exchange can also be served from a domain you own, landing page and join form included.
